Bright Horizons Caterham Burntwood Lane Day Nursery and Preschool is hiring an Early Years Practitioner in Caterham, Surrey. You will plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to each child, supporting development toward EYFS milestones in a safe, nurturing environment.

We welcome applicants with a full Level 3 or above in Early Years, a passion for inclusive learning, safeguarding knowledge, and strong partnerships with families.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
