A leading nursery in Birmingham is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to support and teach young children. The ideal candidate will have experience in EYFS settings and a Level 3 Early Years Qualification. The role offers professional development and a supportive environment for growth.
About The Role
We are seeking an Early Years Practitioner in the Nursery setting, bringing expertise and experience working with young children to provide excellent support and teaching to our pupils. We aim to invest in a staff member for the long term and support their development and impact within our nursery provision.

About Us
We are a genuine all-through school, with pupils staying from nursery to sixth form across two sites. This allows us to have a long-term impact on our pupils’ lives, starting from our primary school where pupils develop a love of learning.
We adopt a mastery approach in primary, with explicit teaching of skills and concepts, enriched by a varied curriculum. Our specialist teaching model benefits pupils with expert instruction in PE, music, art, humanities, and science.
In 2019, we merged with Ark Paddington Green Academy to form King Solomon Academy, with separate sites for younger and older pupils. Our nursery, opened in 2021, offers extensive outdoor spaces and resources.
