Aspire People is seeking enthusiastic Nursery Nurses and Childcare Practitioners to join our flexible supply bank across nurseries in Sandwell and South Birmingham. Enjoy the freedom to choose when you work and help children with their early years development.

Qualifications

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Early Years (desirable).
  • Paediatric First Aid certification, or a willingness to complete a two-day First Aid training course.
  • Sound understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
  • A caring, positive, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to adapt to different nursery settings.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting children throughout daily routines, play, and learning experiences.
  • Planning and delivering fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities.
  • Meeting children's care needs while encouraging their learning and development.
  • Observing children's progress and working collaboratively with nursery teams.
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment in line with EYFS standards.

What You'll Be Doing
