Job summary

GSL Education is recruiting Nursery Practitioners (Level 2 and Level 3+) for multiple nursery settings across Manchester and Greater Manchester. Roles include full-time, part-time, and flexible opportunities to suit different schedules.

You will care for children aged 0–5, support their learning under the EYFS, and plan activities that promote development in a safe, inclusive environment. DBS Update Service is desirable.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare.
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• 6+ months experience working with children.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years.
• Support children's learning and development in line with EYFS.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning through play.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress where required.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
