Empowering Learning seeks a caring Nursery Practitioner (Level 2+). The role is based in Leicester and surrounding areas, offering a warm setting and opportunities to support children’s early development.

You will work with a supportive team, delivering high-quality care, development-focused activities, and safeguarding. Flexible full-time, part-time, and supply options available to suit staff needs.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 (or above) in Early Years/Childcare.
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting is required.
• Sound knowledge of EYFS and child development.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support in line with EYFS.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities to support learning.
• Support children's personal, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Observe, assess and contribute to learning journeys and planning.
