Qualifications

• A Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification or strong nursery-based experience is required.
• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to early years education.
• Confidence working as part of a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Support children aged 0-5 in their development.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities.
• Build relationships with children and families.
• Create a safe environment for little learners.
• Support daily routines including snack time and outdoor play.
