Job summary

Early Years Academy is recruiting a Nursery Practitioner for a Kingswood-based setting in Bristol. The role requires a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years and a passion for early education. You will join a friendly, supportive team dedicated to high-quality care for babies, toddlers and preschoolers.

Salary up to £30,000 per year will reflect qualifications and experience. Ongoing CPD and career progression opportunities are provided within a welcoming nursery

Qualifications

• Must have a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years.
• Good understanding of the EYFS.
• Passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality childcare for babies, toddlers and preschool children.
• Support learning and development in line with EYFS.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive nursery environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Observe and support individual learning and development.
• Follow safeguarding, health and nursery policies.
