Speke (L25), Liverpool | Full-Time | Immediate Start Hays Education are working in partnership with a welcoming and nurturing early years setting in Speke, Liverpool (L25), to recruit a qualified Nursery Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and caring Early Years professional who is passionate about supporting young children's development during their crucial early learning journey.

Qualifications

• Holds a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• Experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Caring, patient and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for helping children thrive and reach their potential.

Responsibilities

• Support children aged 0-5 with their learning, development and daily routines.
• Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for all children.
• Encourage children's social, emotional and communication development.
• Support observations, assessments and learning records.
• Work closely with colleagues and parents to support children's progress.
• Assist with personal care when required.
