Job summary

GSL Education is seeking a nursery assistant in Oldham to support room staff in delivering high-quality care for babies and children aged 0–5. The role is part-time (20–30 hours per week) with flexible working arrangements.

You will assist with daily routines, prepare resources, and engage children through play while ensuring a safe environment and adherence to safeguarding policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a childcare, babysitting, or caring environment is desirable.
• A passion for working with young children and supporting their emotional and physical needs.
• Level 2 Early Years qualification is a plus, but entry-level applicants with strong motivation will be considered.
