Job summary

About Early Years Ltd. is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in Nursery and Reception settings across South Manchester on a full-time basis. You will support young children with their learning and development, building positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Candidates with SEN experience and relevant SEN or Early Years qualifications are highly desirable, and personal care experience is an advantage. If you are passionate about making a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

Are you passionate about supporting young children and helping them build the foundations for their learning and development?

We are currently looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to work within Nursery and Reception settings across South Manchester, with full-time opportunities available.

We're looking for people who:

• Have experience working with children in an Early Years or school setting.
• Have a genuine passion for supporting young children with their learning and development.
• Are patient, caring, reliable and enthusiastic.
• Can build positive relationships with children, teachers and other staff.
• Have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) - highly desirable.
• Hold relevant SEN, Early Years or education qualifications - highly desirable.
• Have experience supporting children with personal care needs - desirable.

Experience working with children who have additional needs is particularly beneficial, and candidates with personal care experience are encouraged to apply.
