The role requires a qualified Early Years leader, strong leadership skills, and ability to collaborate with staff, families and partner agencies to secure positive outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Qualified Early Years leader with CIW registration.
• Experience leading teams and managing change.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and inclusion in childcare.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple agencies and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop childcare teams to deliver high-quality practice.
• Drive service improvements and respond to changing needs.
• Champion child-led learning and rights within policy framework.
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers and partner agencies.
• Maintain safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusive standards.
• Oversee Flying Start and 30 Hour Childcare delivery where needed.
