Hopscotch Day Nurseries Ltd is seeking an experienced Early Years Lead Practitioner to develop and support the team across our Curdridge/ Botley setting. The role focuses on coaching, mentoring and modelling outstanding practice to raise teaching, learning and care quality.

The post is non-managerial and supernumerary, with flexible work across rooms and support for ratio requirements, including lunch cover. A Level 3 EYQ and safeguarding commitment are essential.

Competenze

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification is required.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child development.
• Ability to mentor and coach staff to be the best they can be, in line with Hopscotch policies.
• Welcoming approach to induction and staff development.
• Ensure environments enable children to thrive and make progress.
• Support practitioners to provide engaging, inclusive learning experiences.
• Model outstanding interactions with children.
• Identify gaps in knowledge and plan meaningful next steps with the team.
