Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Best Start Inclusion Support Worker to help children aged 0-5 and their families, supporting early development and inclusive practice across community services.

You will co-deliver Stay and Play sessions, home learning and nursery readiness programmes, and provide practical support to families to improve developmental outcomes, while maintaining accurate records and safeguarding compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children, families or communities.
• Knowledge of child development and supporting children with developmental needs.
• Ability to engage families, deliver group activities and build positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support children aged 0-5 and families through the Best Start Family Hubs.
• Co-deliver Stay and Play sessions, home learning and nursery readiness programmes.
• Promote inclusive practice across community services and maintain accurate records in line with GDPR.
