Job summary

Anglo Ltd is seeking a Best Start Inclusion Support Worker to support children aged 0-5 and their families through the Best Start Family Hubs. You will co-deliver Stay and Play sessions, home learning and nursery readiness programmes, and provide practical support to families to improve developmental outcomes.

You will travel across Barking & Dagenham, work face-to-face, and uphold safeguarding policies while contributing to inclusive practices and early intervention goals.

Qualifications

• Ideally hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Child Development, Education, Health, Social Care or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Organised with ability to maintain accurate records and use Microsoft Office apps.
• Experience working with children, families or communities and understanding of early intervention approaches.

Responsibilities

• Co-deliver inclusive Stay and Play sessions, home learning and nursery readiness programmes.
• Identify emerging developmental and SEND needs and support targeted interventions.
• Promote inclusive practice across community-based services and build positive relationships with children and families.
