Job summary

Broomhall Nursery School in Sheffield is seeking a capable teaching assistant to support nursery children with their learning and development. You will work within a team, assist with planning, delivering and evaluating activities, and help maintain records and pupil welfare.

Skills/Knowledge

• Full working knowledge of relevant policies/codes ofpractice/ legislation
• Working knowledge and experience of implementingnational/foundation stage curriculum and other relevant learningprogrammes/strategies
• Good understanding of child development and learningprocesses
• Understanding of statutory frameworks relating to teaching
