Aspire People are recruiting an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Didsbury, supporting the Reception cohort from September. You will work closely with pupils presenting with emerging barriers to learning and support them to thrive within a play-based and adult-led classroom.
The ideal candidate will have Level 2/3 in Early Years or Childcare, EYFS experience, and a compassionate approach to helping children, including those with Autism or SEND.

Aspire People are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Didsbury to recruit a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their Reception team from September.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the school's new Reception cohort, working closely with a number of pupils who are presenting with emerging barriers to learning. While no EHCPs are currently in place, the successful candidate will be confident supporting children with a range of additional needs, including suspected Autism and moderate learning difficulties, helping them to thrive within the classroom environment.
