Job summary

Qualifications

• Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Caring, patient and child-centred approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing in line with EYFS.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities to foster curiosity and confidence.
• Build warm relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues.
• Monitor progress through observations and records.
• Prepare developmental reports and maintain records.
