Job summary

Reading Borough Council is seeking an Early Years Educator for New Bridge Nursery School in Reading. The role is part-time, 34.75 hours per week during term time, with inset days, permanent in status.

Initially based at our Snowflake Communication Resource from October 2026. The successful candidate will be level 3 qualified in Early Years Education and Childcare, motivated, creative, and enthusiastic, with a love for working with young children including those with additional needs.
