Qualifications

• Empathy and understanding for each child is essential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are required.
• Experience working with children under five is preferred.
• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, building strong partnerships with families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
