You will help implement the Bee Curious curriculum, foster curiosity, and contribute to a nurturing environment within Busy Bees Alton Manor, Belper. The role emphasizes teamwork, learning, and community involvement through our BBC Children in Need partnership.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – every child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
