Qualifications

• Level 2 EY qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with children under 5 years.
• Empathetic and able to build warm relationships with families.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities promoting development.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on Key Person role and build partnerships with children and families.
• Track and report progress through observations and assessments.
