Job summary

Busy Bees in Harrogate is seeking an Early Years Educator to support the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children within the Busy Bees Bee Curious curriculum.

You will join a leading UK nursery group offering ongoing professional development, a supportive environment, and opportunities to grow within our award-winning workplace culture. Role offers flexible hours to suit 30hrs over 3 days or 40hrs over 4 days, discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
