Busy Bees Market Harborough is looking for an Early Years Educator to support children's development and wellbeing. You will plan activities, ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment, and take on Key Person duties to partner with families.

We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants; part-time hours are 1pm–6pm (25 hours/week). Join a leading UK nursery group offering growth opportunities and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification required.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
