Job summary

Busy Bees Leicester Bitteswell in Lutterworth is seeking an Early Years Educator to support children's intellectual, social and emotional development and to contribute to the Bee Curious curriculum.

You will work as part of a nurturing team, plan and deliver activities, act as Key Person, and build strong partnerships with families. Level 2 qualification in early years is required; experience with under-5s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare is required.
• Experience working with children under 5 is preferred.
• Empathy and understanding - each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
