Job summary
Busy Bees Nurseries in the UK is seeking an Early Years Educator to support children's development at our Coventry Allesley Green setting. You will help plan and deliver engaging learning activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment, and will act as a Key Person to strengthen partnerships with families.
The role offers opportunities for professional growth within the Busy Bees group and exposure to our Bee Curious curriculum, alongside a supportive team culture and strong community
Qualifications
- Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
- Experience working with children under 5.
- Empathy and understanding each child is unique.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
- Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
