Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and delivering educational activities that promote development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the Key Person role and build partnerships with families.
• Track and report on children’s progress through observations and assessments.
