Busy Bees Winchester Sutton Scotney is seeking an Early Years Educator to contribute to high-quality education and child development within a nurturing setting.

You will support planning and delivering activities, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and progress track through observations, collaborating with families as a Key Person. The role emphasises empathy, communication, and team teamwork to foster curiosity and confidence in young learners.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
