Kids Planet Oldfield Road is seeking a Qualified Early Years Educator to join our team, supporting children to thrive and learn through play in a nurturing setting. You’ll provide exceptional care in line with the EYFS, build warm relationships with families and collaborate with colleagues to create a safe, playful learning environment.

A UK Level 2 early years qualification and safeguarding knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Strong understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional care and education in accordance with the EYFS.
• Work with the team to create a caring, playful environment for every child.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with families through open communication.
