N Family Club Harborne, a joyful 103‑place nursery in Birmingham, is seeking an Early Years Educator. You will nurture curiosity, implement the N Curriculum through play, and build strong bonds with children and families.

The role offers flexible 4-5 days, a competitive salary (£13,353–£13,957), up to £750 bonus, and a rich development program with N Academy, learning fund, clothing allowance, and generous holiday.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and safeguarding knowledge.
• A passion for education and developing young minds.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through play and the N Curriculum.
• Support daily routines, from meals to naps.
• Create development-focused activity plans and assessments.
• Build strong relationships with children and families.
