Job summary

N Family Club Harborne is seeking an Early Years Educator to nurture children using the N Curriculum in a vibrant, play-based setting. You’ll join a 103-place nursery in Harborne, Birmingham, with a focus on creativity, curiosity and development, supported by industry-leading training and resources.

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and safeguarding knowledge.
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant).

• Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum.
• Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes.
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans.

• Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times.
• Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice.
• Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas.

Our Early Years Educators should have...

• Experience working with children in an early years environment
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train
  Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
• A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset
• Confident communicator with a love for customer service
