Job summary

Happy Days Nurseries Limited seeks qualified Early Years professionals to join our nursery team in Truro. You will play a key role in children’s early development, delivering high-quality education in a child-centred environment and supporting families to provide the best start in life.

As an Early Years Educator, you will work closely with children, families and colleagues to deliver learning experiences in line with the EYFS, while promoting wellbeing, safeguarding and inclusion.

Qualifications

  • Hold a recognised Early Years qualification.
  • Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for children.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
  • Professional, reflective and proactive approach to practice.

Responsibilities

The Role

As an EarlyYears professional, you'llplay a keyrole in creating inspiring learningexperiences, championingchildren's developmentand working inpartnership with familiesto provide thevery best startinlife.

You’ll work closelywith children, families, colleagues and externalpartners to deliverhigh-quality earlyeducation and carein line with the EYFS framework, while promoting children'swellbeing, safeguardingand inclusion.

This role alsoprovides opportunities to develop specialistexpertise in a reasuch as SEND,safeguarding, early languagedevelopment, outdoor learning, behaviour and wellbeing, and coaching, trainingandquality improvement.
