Philosophy Education, Ltd. is recruiting an Early Years Educator for a Reception class in Greenwich. The role is full-time, term-time only, starting September 2026, with a focus on supporting children with SEND.
You will work closely with the class teacher and support team to provide an inclusive, play-based learning environment, planning, observing and assessing progress for all pupils.
A welcoming primary school in Greenwich is looking to recruit a Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator to join their Reception team on a full-time basis from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and nurturing practitioner who is passionate about supporting children’s early development, particularly those with additional needs.
You will be based within one of the school’s Reception classes, working closely with the class teacher and wider support team to provide a supportive, inclusive and engaging learning environment for all pupils.
The role will have a particular focus on supporting children with SEND, helping them to develop their communication, social, emotional and learning skills through carefully planned activities and targeted support. You will work with individual pupils and small groups, adapting learning opportunities to meet their needs and helping every child to make progress.
As part of a two-form entry school, you will be joining a collaborative year group team, supporting planning, observations and assessments, while contributing to a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
The school are looking for an Early Years Educator who has a strong understanding of play-based learning, early childhood development and inclusive practice. Knowledge of Read, Write, Inc would be beneficial, alongside an energetic, patient and enthusiastic approach.
