• Aspiring apprentice eager to gain Early Years qualification while gaining experience.
• Creates meaningful relationships with children, team and parents.
• Participates in courses and assessments as part of the apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children with care, play and learning activities
• Creating a safe and inclusive environment for children's needs and backgrounds
• Communicating with parents about children's needs and progress
• Observing and assessing children and reporting concerns to a line manager
• Maintaining records of attendance and other relevant information
• Attending courses and meetings to develop skills and knowledge
• Completing tests, assignments and tasks as part of the apprenticeship
• Working with colleagues to meet children's needs and following policies
