Job summary

Footsteps Nursery in Fradley is offering an Early Years Educator Apprenticeship with Realise Training. You’ll learn on the job, paired with a buddy, and work toward becoming a key person within the team.

You will train on-site, attend provider-led days, and complete the Level 3 EY Educator apprenticeship over 14 months, developing essential skills in planning, observation and inclusive practice.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the statutory EYFS framework and regulatory requirements – Desirable
• Fluent in written and spoken English – Essential
• Passionate about learning and developing into a new role – Essential

Responsibilities

• Assist team to provide high standards of compliance, care and education for children.
• Manage daily nursery operations and maintain partnerships with staff and parents.
• Contribute ideas to planning to ensure high-quality learning and development.
• Liaise with nursery staff regarding children's needs and requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment.
• Adhere to nursery policies and health and safety requirements.
• Observe, assess and plan engaging activities linked to individual learning needs.
