Qualifications

• GCSE level education and experience working with children preferred for level 3 role.
• Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Positive, proactive approach to learning and teamwork.
• Commitment to completing apprenticeship tasks and training with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Dedicate 20% of week to training.
