Job summary

Connected Recruitment is seeking an Early Years Educator to nurture and inspire young learners in a well-supported environment in the United Kingdom. The role emphasizes a 4-day week option and ongoing training to help staff grow within the group of nurseries.

You will deliver play-based learning, build strong relationships with families and colleagues, and uphold safeguarding standards while contributing to outstanding childcare across our sites.

Qualifications

• NVQ/Cache Level 3 Diploma in Early Years or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and children’s development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivation, innovation and a positive outlook.
