Job summary

Connected Recruitment is seeking an Early Years Educator to support children in a nurturing environment in Greater London. This role offers a 4-day week with 40 hours over four days, promoting a balanced work-life approach while delivering high-quality early years education.

You will lead learning through play, create engaging activities, and build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues while upholding safeguarding and child welfare standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ/Cache Level 3 Diploma in Early Years or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and children’s learning and development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivation, innovation and a positive outlook.
• Good verbal and written communication and strong planning skills.
