Job summary

N Family Club in Blackheath, London, is seeking an Early Years Educator to inspire learning, support daily routines, and plan development-forward activities for your key children.

You’ll build trusted relationships with families and uphold safety, safeguarding, and high standards. The role offers progression, a generous benefits package, and a supportive team in a warm setting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train.
• Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh).
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
• A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset.
• Confident communicator with a love for customer service.

• Create and implement development-focused activity plans
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children
