Job summary

N Family Club in Maidenhead, Berkshire, is hiring an Early Years Educator. You will nurture curiosity and creativity in a play-based learning environment, delivering our N Curriculum with passion and professional care.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through the N Curriculum and play-based activities.
• Support daily routines from meals to naps to ensure smooth days.
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans for key children.
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children.
• Build strong relationships with children and families.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment.

What you'll be doing…

• Support smooth daily routines - from mealtimes to naptimes
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children
  Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
• Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times
• Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice
• Be a positive role model - collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas

Our Early Years Educators should have…

• Experience working with children in an early years environment
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train
  Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
• A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset
• Confident communicator with a love for customer service
