Job summary

N Family Club in Maida Vale is hiring an Early Years Educator to nurture curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child. You will deliver the N Curriculum through play, support daily routines, and build warm relationships with families in a busy, inspiring environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and willingness to train.
• Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh).
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
• A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset.
• Confident communicator with a love for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement development-focused activity plans
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children

• Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times

• Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas
