Job summary

N Family Club in Kingston upon Thames, London, is hiring an Early Years Educator for our brand-new 127-place nursery. You’ll inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum, support daily routines, and build strong relationships with children and families.

You should have experience in early years, Level 2+ EY qualification, Paediatric First Aid, safeguarding knowledge, and a passion for education. We offer a competitive salary, flexible working, generous holiday, learning funds, and

Qualifications

• Experience in early years environments essential.
• EY qualification at Level 2 or higher required.
• Paediatric First Aid training required or willingness to train.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures essential.
• Demonstrated passion for education and child development.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through play using the N Curriculum.
• Support daily routines from meals to naps.
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans.
• Observe, assess and plan for key children and families.
• Maintain a safe, clean and engaging classroom environment.
• Embed policies and collaborate with the team.

What you’ll be doing…

• Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum


• Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes


• Create and implement development-focused activity plans


• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children
  Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families


• Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times


• Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice


• Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas

Our Early Years Educators should have...

• Experience working with children in an early years environment


• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)


• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train
  Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)


• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children


• A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset


• Confident communicator with a love for customer service
