Job summary

N Family Club in Guildford, Surrey is seeking an Early Years Educator to be the heartbeat of the playroom, nurturing curiosity, creativity and confidence through the N Curriculum. You’ll shape learning through play, observations and planning for your key children, while building trusted relationships with families in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and willingness to train.
• Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh).
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
• A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset.
• Confident communicator with a love for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum.
• Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes.
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans.
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families.
• Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times.
• Embed all policies and procedures into daily practice.
• Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas.
