Job summary

Flying Start @ Cornwall College is seeking an Early Years Educator to join our team on a full-time, year-round contract with 37.5 hours per week.

We’re looking for a confident practitioner who can lead others in their practice, plan activities and learning opportunities tailored to children’s interests and developmental levels, and foster learning through play both indoors and outdoors. Paediatric First Aid is a bonus and we offer training before your start.

• Confident practitioner able to lead others in planning activities.
• Passion for learning and teaching through play.
• Paediatric First Aid certificate is a bonus; training provided before starting.

• A confident practitioner who is able to lead others in their practice, planning activities and learning opportunities for children that extend their learning and knowledge while building on their specific interests and developmental abilities.
• A person who has a strong passion for learning and enjoys teaching through play, both inside and outside!
• A current Paediatric First Aid certificate is a bonus; however, we will provide training before you start with us if needed.
