Alongside this, you will effectively collaborate and support the Senior Early Years Educators whilst being a role model to those Educators training towards their qualification. You will also have the opportunity to be responsible for a Designated Role such as SENDCO and access a pathway of continuous professional and personal development to support your career goals and progression with Cherubs Nurseries.
