Qualifications

• Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare with good knowledge of the EYFS.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 or 3 is an advantage.

About The Role

We’re looking for passionate people to join our Butlin’s Team. Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in. Please note, this role is a 6-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

As a Nursery Nurse, you will provide an exciting and wide activity programme, assist in providing a safe, supportive, and caring environment, and ensure that all aspects of each child’s development are considered. You will also maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. This role covers a 5-day working week over 7 days.

About You

Being a great team player and enjoying a busy environment is essential. You should be adaptable, willing to try new things, and able to communicate effectively with different people. Key responsibilities include following all Health and Safety policies, planning activities, observing children, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting daily routines.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare with a good knowledge of the EYFS
• Food Hygiene Level 2 or 3 is an advantage
