Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is recruiting an Early Years Educator for a Milton Keynes primary school, starting October. Full-time, temporary to permanent, with competitive PAYE daily pay and ongoing consultant support.

The role focuses on supporting learning in the Early Years, delivering engaging activities, and helping children develop confidence, independence and essential skills in a safe, nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Holds a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Has previous experience working with children in an Early Years setting.
• Understands the EYFS framework.
• Caring, enthusiastic and passionate about early years education.
• Genuine commitment to supporting children's learning and development.
• Communicates effectively with children, colleagues and parents.
• Creative and confident in delivering engaging activities.
• Works well as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one.
• Available to work full-time.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children across the Early Years setting.

A friendly and supportive primary school in Milton Keynes is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Educator to join their team from October. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and enjoys creating a fun, safe and engaging environment where every child can learn, develop and thrive. As an Early Years Educator, you'll play an important role in supporting children's learning and development, helping them build confidence, independence and the key skills they need as they begin their educational journey.

The role includes
