Compensation: £27,355 - £30,264 / year

Description:

  • Responsible for delivering our 'learning through play' ethos and the N Curriculum.
  • Implement the daily routine with sensitivity.
  • Plan innovative learning experiences to challenge children's development.
  • Conduct high-quality observations, assessments, and planning.
  • Manage smooth transitions during routines like sleep, meals, and outings.
  • Supervise mealtimes, adhering to policies for safety and nutrition.
  • Follow all policies and procedures diligently.
  • Build strong relationships with parents.
  • Promote safeguarding and child welfare procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Complete daily health and safety checks promptly.
  • Embed policies and practices within daily routines.
  • Engage in reflective practice and continuous improvement.
  • Lead by example with high standards and educational excellence.
