Job summary

N Family Club in Fleet, Hampshire is seeking an Early Years Educator to join our Nursery Education team. You will nurture curiosity, creativity and confidence in every child, bringing the N Curriculum to life through play, observation, and engaging activities.

The role is permanent full-time with a competitive salary (£27,227 - £30,826 per year) and access to training, a learning fund, and extensive benefits including generous holiday allowance and childcare discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and willingness to train
• Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
• A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset
• Confident communicator with a love for customer service

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum
• Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children
• Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
• Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times
• Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice
• Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas
