Little Adventures Nursery Worle, part of Family Adventures Group, is hiring an Early Years Assistant to support children aged 0–5 in a warm, engaging environment.

You will work part-time, around lunch time, help children learn through meaningful play, safeguard, and build strong partnerships with families while participating in training and development.

Qualifications

• A strong interest in working with children to help them develop and grow.
• Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• Reflective, can-do attitude and willingness to grow.
• Current Enhanced DBS or willingness to undergo a check.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the learning and development of children aged 0–5 through meaningful play and planned experiences.
• Ensuring every child feels valued, nurtured and challenged according to their unique interests and needs.
• Following safeguarding procedures and promoting a culture of safety and care.
• Building strong partnerships with parents and families.
• Reflecting on your practice and actively engaging in training and development.
