Job summary

Grandir UK Limited is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Assistant to join our Elan Pre School in Haywards Heath. You will support children, help them thrive, and contribute to a positive, safe nursery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with young children preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and follow policies.
• Friendly, patient and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive practice role model to ensure Grandir UK values are maintained.
• Ensure equality of access and opportunity for all staff, parents and children.
• Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners.
• Read, understand and implement all company policies, procedures and operational practices.
• Attend staff meetings and undertake training as required.
